Good business and quality work is hard to find in California, especially when it comes to auto work, but when you go here, you are in good hands. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!! They provided a list of things wrong with my car in order of priority, the most urgent first, so I could budget for the repairs and “chip” away at the list. That was a really big plus for me! I was distressed thinking I had an oil leak. Channel told me I didn’t have a leak and maybe the prior oil change I had gotten (not at this shop) didn’t tighten the bolts and it had leaked and nothing was needed. I was really impressed because I felt another mechanic would have taken advantage of the symptom and charged me a lot to fix nothing. They are extremely thorough and the shop is very clean. Hector is really pleasant to talk to and explains mechanics in language I can understand. Really a plus for me. You gotta go see these guys!!!!! Your car will thank you. I can not even begin to describe how well I was taken care of. I brought George and his team, over at J&H, an absolute mess to figure out. They did not disappoint. Have used J&H before and was treated great and was given a good price on last service. That's why I brought my truck in when I had a problem. I knew Hextor and crew wound absolutely take care of my truck at a good price. Definitely satisfied with the great service and price. Very trustworthy and wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Hector the owner is a very nice and professional man, I know because I owned a service and repair facility for over 25 years and grew up in a professional environment very early in life and also worked in every department of dealership for over 40 years I found myself in trouble financially and with a 2010 ford focus with a salvage title in Hemet California what a mess I got myself into. Fortunately I hit a dip in Valle Vista with my 92 years old mother and my car needed a alignment, I went to the local tire shop for a alignment they told me about J&H automotive shop across the street, so I pulled in Of course, I notice everything in the facility inside and out and I am very skeptical because I worked for the finest dealerships in the world like Lexus Santa Monica I was a manager there and I worked at the finest dealership in the world Mercedes -Benz Beverly Hills, especially the cleanliness of the shop and they had a older Chevelle. That was beautiful in the showroom completely restored. I was given a reasonable estimate around $100.00 dollars and I agreed to the repair and waited for it, the car was finished and I know it needed many repairs they gave me a list infact they invited me to the service bay and showed me how bad 2 of my tires were and saved me a for sure break down and that would have been disastrous because I am handicapped from a major Harley-Davidson accident and in a wheelchair. They allowed me to go out and buy some used tires which is never a good thing but it that’s just what my finances were at the time and I bought two used tires and they got the alignment perfectly.my car made a really bad whiny noise I thought it was the The power steering pump, but it ended up being a serpentine belt and idler and there’s other things that my car needs it and I’m doing it one thing at a time and I would highly recommend the shop because the prices are reasonable and if they if there’s a problem with the repair, they addressed it immediately and they are just really down to earth good people that work with people that have limited resources with money and I would I would recommend them to anybody that has an Domestic or Japanese manufactured automobile they don’t do German cars.
