Recently, my car was making a strange noise and I could not figure out where it was coming from. I brought my car into J & J and Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue with the upper control arm. He explained everything to me in detail and provided a reasonable quote for the repair. The work was completed promptly, and my car is now running smoothly with no issues. The professionalism and expertise of the staff were impressive. I highly recommend this shop for any car troubles!

Recently, my car the radiator fans were still running after I turned it off and I noticed my temperature sensor was not working. So I brought my car into J & J and Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty temperature sensor and bad thermostat. He explained everything to me in detail and provided a reasonable quote for the repair. The work was completed promptly, and my car is now running smoothly with no issues. For those who don’t want to read a short story, the new owner/mechanic is simply dishonest. Many members of my family and my friends have been brining our vehicles to that location for over a decade, as it was formerly owned by Henry and Joe. In all the years, I never had a single issue with H&J. They were mechanics with integrity. The new owner of “J&J” lied to me several times throughout my first experience under his command. When confronted regarding the initial lies, he constructed more lies. Expect him to “find“ problems with your vehicle and expect an inflated bill because of it. Do not expect him to have your vehicle ready when he agrees to. Do not expect a courtesy call to inform you that it’s not actually ready yet either. Expect no one to answer the phone at the shop for hours after the agreed upon pickup time. Above all, expect him to prioritize his road service over your scheduled appointment and to lie about the reasons your service was delayed. These interactions are difficult to summarize into words. Something you unfortunately understand following a first hand experience. If you want to feel like you were taken advantage of and lied to, this is your guy. The new owner of J&J recently acquired this business. Most of the positive google reviews are older and should be credited to the former owners only. Those guys were worth their weight in gold. His recent positive reviews are clearly orchestrated and fake.
