J&K is a friendly team of professionals who make the repair and service of vehicles and RVs painless. They are responsive, honest and dependable. I trust that they will accurately diagnose and treat my vehicle problems with care in a prompt and honest way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I receive from this team. I mostly deal with Mike for my RV needs and Mike is pro-active in solving every issue I have. I have been bringing my RV to J&K for years now. Thank-you Mike! I can’t begin to express how impressed I am with J&K. I have been to J&K Automotive twice now and both times the service has been absolutely amazing. The first go around was an oil change and tire rotation. Through out the entire process I received updates both through texts and phone calls updating me on the progress of my vehicle all the way to the completion of their work. They ended up finding something wrong with my serpentine belt which I honestly appreciate because it was on the verge of tearing. All around the process was so great and I did not wait long for any of the work to be done. Second time around I came back because I needed assistance with my propane line. I recently installed a new stove and couldn’t get a part off. I called Mike up and I was able to come in and get it done free of charge! Thank you so much Mike for all of your work. Definitely try out J&K Automotive!!

I am rarely impressed by service these days and I can say Mike and his team provided the best service of anyone I’ve worked with in recent history, of any industry. From the initial phone call to setting an appointment and then requesting a different appointment time, he was on it and helpful. Properly quoted almost down to the dollar what he thought my repair would cost and updated me every step of the way. They even did a complete inspection of my trailer with pictures provided after. Even the technician came out and explained what the issue was which he certainly didn’t need to do. I will never take my trailer anywhere else.

Great Professional Service. We purchased a used motorhome and had a list of issues we needed addressed. J & K is family owned and operated which probably lends to the quality and friendly service. Mike confirmed everything they would address, and provided estimate and updates on progress. This ensured there were no surprises and the rig was completed and ready when promised. When we picked it up Mike again went over everything addressed to ensure nothing was missed. I trust Jerry and his crew to provide quality professional service and would recommend them.

I took My RV there because of the reviews were good. I spoke with Mike. I was surprised of how expensive it was. $225 for an hour. I was originally given an estimate of 1.5 hour but they charged me triple that amount. I had to take my rig out of town and thrusting that they did a good job. However, after I drove 200 miles I was stuck with no power. The same issue with my house electrical system and the generator. I paid almost $1000 for nothing. Never again.
