I wouldnt even give them one star for how their service were. I couldnt start my 2006 honda acccord 2.4L, car and I called them because this shop was nearby the area where my car broke down and because of good reviews i saw from google. They sent some one to tow my car and the guy tried to jump start with his portable charger but failed so my car got towed. I was told by Randy, my car's battery was dead. He didnt say anything else. They set up a bill for battery + labor for $ 270, they did regular oil change, $60 (didn't reset oil percentage on dashboard and old oil change sticker wasn't removed properly and put their sticker next to it instead of putting it over). I declined putting the battery because of the price so I bought new battery from cosco and put it in myself. So i paid $60 oil change + 90 diagnostic fee and $145 for the tow and total + tax came out to be $325. I used my car for once after that, I started to see battery light come on, then abs, then break light, not accelerating and broke down while on a highway which was very dangerous and I managed to park it on the side of the highway. I called them and they won't tow my car from highway. So I paid another tow company $227 for towing the car to J & M auto repair at sysosset again. The next day, I called and Randy said my car needs a good alternator. What? Why didnt they say that on the first time I was there? They gave me wrong diagnose and said it was a battery, tow guy even tried to jump start it and failed and had me tow my car there. if it is a dead battery, why couldn't they even jump start my battery? I had no choice with them to put the alternator through them and charged me $550. Charged me $390 for remanufactured which was very high price. If you look it up, from Honda parts site, you can get brand new one for $335 or from carparts.com for $225. and charged $160 for labor so I paid $550. I tried to ask for $90 diagnostic fee back for WRONG DIAGNOSE and they didn't even refund that fee. If they had done that, I wouldnt even bother to write this review. See, I ended up paying $325 + $550 = $875 from them, and unecessary towing for 2nd time for $227. Altogether I paid $875 (from J & M auto repair) + new battery from cosco $145, ($227 for 2nd towing) which all comes to be $1,247 which should have been close to half or less for if diagnose correctly and just pay for alternator and labor in the first place. Not only that, my life would have been in danger and can have a major accident on highway. This is my honest opinion and AVOID THIS PLACE if you want a fair price and service. I never had this kind of worst service in my life. Never ever recommend this place at all in the slightest.

Courteous, personable, and knowledgeable from phone call to front desk. Kept informed regarding all service, and that comes from the excellent mechanics on hand. Thank you Randy and Mike and all your staff for the care placed upon the service of both vehicles (Nissan Altima and Chevy Silverado) and keeping my family and I safe on the road.
