NY CONFIDENTIAL TOWING

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. DO NOT USE THIS TOW BUSINESS. They will rip you off then hold your car hostage. They towed a car 0.2 miles then held it for 6 days then demanded 940$ to release. IM NOT SURE HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to get my car towed because it overheated in the middle of the road and stopped. I had a long day and was very tired and anxious. The guy I spoke to on the phone had zero respect, customer service, or human decency. I asked if they accept card and he said no but gave me an option to zelle. You cannot request a refund or verify identify on zelle. It’s not a safe transaction and I don’t know if I am getting scammed. I expressed this to him because he said that I have to zelle them before they start coming. I then called back to tell him that I will pay with cash because I abandoned my car to walk to an ATM and then he had to audacity to say “how do I know that I can trust you to pay with cash”……like??? Then he hung up on me

These guys are f'n amazing. Pardon my French. Forget what anybody else says. I'm a tough sell and rarely review anything, but I had to show some props to my guys. Holding me down in a very tough situation. Excellent customer service. Nay! Through the roof customer service!!! These guys are the big doo doo with 🚫 stink. Can't say enough! Worst!! Worst!! Place ever to do business, because of them I end up loosing my car, my car had an accident and the cops used them to tow my car, the next day I went to get the car they told me 700 is the cost, I informed my insurance of the cost and when they realize I’m going through my insurance the cost went from 700 to 3,500 just like that, my insure informed them that they only cover 1000 of the cost base on the policy I had so I asked them if they cud give me a better deal, they told me every time I called that the manage was not there to negotiate, when my insurance agreed to pay they told the insurance they have to pay in cash or the cost will be $4500 like what insurance company would send their workers with cash to pay to release a car !! It ended that my insurance refuse to pay, and the tow company end up keeping the car and the insurance paid me the difference, never do business with this place

My car was towed and NY Confidential failed to notify the police precinct where they took my car. This caused an extra day of fees. It would have been more, but a neighbor told me the towing company name.
