Jack Demmer Ford Service Center

Yesterday, I was on my way to an appointment. As I was approaching Newburgh at Michigan Avenue, the tire pressure light came on. One tire was down to 25psi! It was a split second decision to pull into Demmer's Quick Lane center. I'm so glad I did. They were able to check it out immediately and found a nail firmly embedded in the tire. It was removed and patched taking all of ten minutes. I am so thankful for their ability to remedy the situation so quickly. It is very unusual for a Ford Quick Lane Center to take care of an issue so fast. Credit to my service advisor, Kyle, for taking care of things. I made it to my appointment only a few minutes late. Much appreciation to Demmer Ford Quick Lane Center!

Not sure about the other Ford service centers lately but I have to tell you this place is not good. The people who work there take no responsibility whatsoever to call you and inform you about the status of the vehicle repair, what was supposed to be a 2 day job is now 2 weeks with a new story everyday and the sad part is they don't remember what story they gave the day before. My sales person is fantastic who tries to help me with getting the service coordinator to call me back after I text him but they just don't care. If you can take your warranty repairs somewhere else, this place is just the nightmare you don't want to go through. Sad to see one of the best dealership in Michigan has the worst service center to back it.

This review is for the service department. I have an issue with my vehicle. Scott was awesome and he is the sole reason for this five star review because he went an extra mile to help me out. I made an online appointment and Apparently the system was not working, And I was leaving the dealership and Scott jumped in and talk to the manager and give me a time to come back and have the mechanic drive the car and found the problem. Even though they have no loaner car but he worked extra hard to get me a loaner and. he continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process. to be honest, every single place needs honest employees like Scott

Called maybe 7-8 times over the span of 3 days at the beginning of May to schedule safety recall maintenance. Kept getting transferred to someone that never picked up their phone and leaving messages. Once I did get a hold of someone I was scheduled in after a month! An entire month! This is not Canadian healthcare, it's a car service department. The best part? 2 days before the appointment, they called back and cancelled my appointment "until further notice". Really? Terrible customer service. Will drive the half hour to another business to not deal with you guys again.

Had my vehicle for 3 weeks for a transmission leak and a transmission that is struggling going into the next gear. My car is 4 years old with 52,000 miles. This should not be happening. Got the car back this past Tuesday and here it is Friday and the transmission is jumping again.
