Took my car here for svc for few times already, Franson is very honest and super awesome... im the kinda guy that always keep my car running in great condition and doing or replacing stuffs or parts that might not even necessary... Franson will just tell me the svc that I only need and save me money.... unlike other auto shops that i went in the past... always telling me to do this and that... engine flush in a 40k miles car? give me a break..... Jack's auto is my GOTO auto shop 👍

The catalytic converter was stolen from my 2010 Prius last month. I spoke to several reputable mechanics in the LA area and heard the same thing: catalytic converters for my car were on back order for probably six months. Only one mechanic said “I can do it!” And that was Sky Fransen, the owner of Jacks. He ordered a part (CA approved) and did what was needed to make it work - even riveted a cage over the new part to protect against further theft. Main thing is, my car is back on the road after one month rather than six and as insurance only pays for two weeks of a rental, I’m over the moon. Thank you, Jacks Auto Services!
