Jackson Nissan Service

Took truck in for transmission issues. Although the service advisor did call and explain what they were trying to do, it seemed like things were moving along very slowly. Asked them to preform a transmission service and they did, but they just left it at that! Basically called me and said we don’t get any codes so we don’t know what’s wrong. I mean… a person brings their vehicle to a dealership for repairs because they expect the dealership to “know” how to fix it. Really dissatisfied.

I was out of town and hearing a noise from front passenger wheel. They took the car in and exceeded expectations. Each time I talked with the service manager either the time need to correct or the cost kept went down. Yes they completed the job days ahead of schedule and way under budget / estimates. Yes for the first time ever the cost went down from estimate. Twice. They treated me great. I will be taking my car there for future work.

I bought a new 2023 Nissan rogue I had defective tires from the factory I took it in to get it looked at and they replaced all four tires with good tires James and his crew in the service department are absolutely amazing thank you very much James at Jackson Nissan in Jackson Michigan

It's not a trustworthy service center at all. They don't want to do warranty work and find every excuse to tell you why they can't or that it is not covered when it is. They do not take responsibility, and you have to get consumers' affairs involved to get them to do their job. To get an oil change even with an appointment usually takes a few hours 🤔. Was a customer here for many years, but the last several years have been nightmare after nightmare. The current business being conducted here has cause myself and others not to return. I will say that Jarred, in the service department, does do his job and is very kind. He does all he can to help any situation. However, I do not think he is treated fairly. If you fill out a survey and it's negative, he is the only one who gets the impact even if it is not about him. I do not recommend this place anymore!

Lied to every step of the way. They lied about what they could get my payment to and told me it hadn't been in an accident. I found paperwork in the, supposedly detailed, car while I was cleaning it that stated otherwise. I was lied to about where the work was being done and what they did. Every time they had the car something new would go wrong and "It could have been the kids" (referring to my kids). I would love to know how my kids pushed in a pin on the turn signal that has to have the tire and wheel well off!!! Same for the window no longer going up. I was told the battery was replaced and it was about dead when I took it somewhere else to have it looked at because it wasn't starting correctly, which I was told it was starting just fine. The battery was 2 years old, not new. Their "expert mechanic" doesn't even know that a, literally dripping, shock is bad. They claimed they changed the spark plugs, but didn't. They replaced the timing chain but didn't change the gasket so it was leaking oil everywhere. Then they knew the air conditioning had a leak but only replaced the wire they broke instead of finding the leak. I had to take my car back in so many times it is ridiculous! They have had the car more than I have and yet, it's my kids causing the stuff going wrong. Even the one owner lied to us and then refused to come speak with us after. When I took my car to have it looked at by 2 other places, they both asked where I got if from so they can spread the word on not to go there. Don't trust these "experts"!
