We went in for service maintenance. Luis (siuL 😉) was awesome like always. Got a loaner for the day with no problem. Communication was great about car's maintenance & when it was ready for pick up. This is the place to go.

This review is solely in regards to the amazing and efficient service I received from Jordan. He was quick, attentive, helpful, and informative. All the questions that I asked, he answered professionally and in a timely manner. We all know how annoying it can be sometimes when it's time to get our car serviced, but he made getting my car serviced super easy and pain free. I surely will be returning to get my car serviced with Jordan. Thank you so much for being awesome!

What a night and day difference from Anaheim Hills Range Rover. I wasn't getting resolutions to issues on my vehicle using that location for months so I drove out of my way to this location and left my car with a list of issues that had been growing. Jordan took care of everything for me. The issues were easily handled, and I was completely taken care of on my rental car (which I upgraded and should have paid out of pocket). The car came back spotless, driving better, and with none of the issues that the other dealership couldn't figure out. I was in the process of listing my vehicle to get out of this brand due to the horrible service I got at the AH location. I am excited to be back in a vehicle with no mechanical problems AND the Newport location gained a new customer.

Everyone including the pats mgr Doug very helpful, I hadn’t realized that I could buy one windshield wiper. And the staff parked my car for me. Love my Jag.

Kevin at service are super friendly and chill He is also very patient to explain all the problems on my car. If you ever at Land Rover Newport Beach look for Kevin!!!
