I have use Jamaica Autobody Shop several times. Anthony and his staff are very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Their Autobody work is excellent. My car had $7000 worth of damage. My car looks like I just drove it off the showroom. I highly recommend Anthony and his staff.

My car was towed to this facility on November 12th. I picked up by vehicle on November 13 and paid the towing fees. I was escorted to the storage area for my car when I noticed a few issues with my car. I noticed the bumper appeared to be slightly separated from the vehicle. I then proceeded to unlock the door when I noticed the driver seat pulled all the way back. This was not the original position of my seat. I then looked at the door and there were dirty fingerprints and marks on inside of the front driver side of the vehicle. I asked Anthony (the manager) if there was anyone inside of the vehicle. He stated that he doesn’t know. I then noticed when I turned on the vehicle that the brake warning light was on. This was the third indication that someone went into the locked vehicle during the towing process. While driving the vehicle, I noticed a huge cold draft coming into the vehicle. I spoke to Anthony to address my concerns. He was rude, aggressive, combative and condescending. After explaining the issue, Anthony proceeded to tell me that I was “hallucinating”. He completely disregarded my complaint nothing was resolved. As a single parent of two, having to drive around with this huge cold breeze coming into the car and having my children freeze because of the negligence of your employees is very unsettling. My hopes for this discussion was to handle this amicably and instead was disrespected and my vehicle is damaged. Customer service was disgusting. It’s a shame that this place even exist. I have a video which shows the car was clearly propped open causing a dent allowing the car to be filled with a very cold draft. There are scratches on the vehicle as well due to the propping of the vehicle by your employee.

Worst auto shop ever. They doesn’t know how to use the right tool to remove parts. They left a lot of marks and scratches on the body. I wish I never went there before. And some part they should change it on invoices and they will lie to you. They said they change it which is never did. Same scratch on same part. I will never go there again.

Dimitri towed my car from CVS to Bayside Chrysler, due to it would not start. He gave me a few pointers on things I did not know about the vehicle. Like how to put it in neutral by removing a secret compartment. He is a very caring and courteous guy and a credit to the towing industry.

Had our car serviced back in October and was more than satisfied. Anthony and his Staff are all professional, very courteous as well as knowledgeable. We've used this business several times and will definitely recommend them to others.
