DO NOT GO HERE. I came to James Patrick to have some work done on my engine. When I got my car back, my heat shield was missing, and they refused to acknowledge they took/forgot to put it back on. Luckily, I had pictures of my engine before I brought it in as proof to show them, but when I did, an employee started to raise his voice and cuss at me. Additionally, they took off the bracket holding my O2 sensor, leaving the cord loose in my hood. This is dangerous!! I asked for them to put it back on, and they said they would have to order it in, and they never called me back. Overall, the customer service was HORRIBLE and employees removed vital parts of my car without telling me. This company attempts to scam uneducated people by taking parts of their car, and charging them high prices. Very bad experience!

They were transparent with their prices and takes care of the customers really well. always go here for my car maintenance needs. can’t find anyone in London that we could trust for me and my husbands car. hope more customers will come and hire their services.

Very professional and works with you and shows you what’s going on with your vehicle! Fair prices and is willing to work with you ! They have diagnosed every single issue so far with my car ! Whereas other mechanics tell me what’s wrong and fix everything but the problem or the underlying problem ! I would highly recommend James Patrick automotive!

Although I only went in for a routine oil change, I really appreciated that they also performed a general inspection. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and highly skilled at their jobs. I’d like to thank them again for their excellent service.
