Dom Cesar who owns Jay’s Car Repair is the real deal. They repair my car for a reasonable price and I can count on them doing a good job. I was waiting for a repair this am and overheard him telling his staff not to charge a local customer whose business recently closed. You don’t see people taking care of each other like this very often anymore so it deserves a mention.

I went in for a diagnostic because my truck would pick up a wobble when I’d hit the freeway. They did a full inspection and drove it around. One of the mechanics offered to let me drive him around so I could show him exactly what i was worried about. He gave me some good recommendation on how I could fix the problem and gave me the contact for someone who could install stabilization airbags so the truck didn’t rock back and forth. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic either. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a last minute road trip come up and needed to have some basic maintenance performed on my early 2000s Escalade, as well as a trip check to look for any other issues. My other shop had no availability and suggested I call Jay's. I'm glad I did. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, but they took great care of my car. They fixed the issues, and provided me great insight into the maintenance coming on the horizon. They communicated the cost once the inspection was done, giving me the option to make the judgment calls. I'm a huge fan of Jay's. In a world where a reliable shop is a requirement to keep an older car running (especially to avoid new car prices), Jay's can help. Thanks!

My parents and all of my relatives love this place! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Dominic is Incredibly kind but more than anything he is honest. Honest. 💯 Jay’s auto has a strong reputation in Orange County for being excellent at what they do. They are excellent! They Never over charge. Their Prices are beyond reasonable. I love them. They blow my mind! I have been coming here for years. They keep my car and SUV in perfect working order. They are so professional. 10 stars!
