JCP Auto and Carlos were awesome to work with. They were very responsive and were able to get my car serviced the same day I dropped it off. The price was very reasonable with no hidden fees or anything. I needed new rear brake pads and now my car drives so smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the service. Carlos has an excellent customer service he offered to picked my minivan from where I work early in the morning about 5 minutes distance from his shop since it was my only car at that moment and by noon it was done and returned to me all fixed. He will give you a call first to give you an estimate once the problem was found. I was struggling for a couple months with other mechanics trying to find a very annoying noise in my suspension without any luck and just guessing until Carlos fixed. Very honest in service needed and pricing. I strongly recommend! 🙏👍

Had an issue with my car at Walmart so the manager suggested this place. They were SO nice and helpful, even though they were busy they took my car and got it fixed before I got out of work, and it was very reasonably priced. I’ll be bringing my car here going forward.

Brought my Jeep in for some problems i needed fixed, to pass emmisions testing. Carlos was extremeley helpfull and fixed the problem for a very great price! I highly recommended coming here because they are very fair, honest and do great work! I will be a regular customer and i'am recommending my family and friends in the area to do the same!
