Johnny is amazing at what he does! Extremely prompt and always putting the customer first. He makes a generally negative experience of having car troubles and dealing with insurance very tolerable and even enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

We have a guy! Johnny is our guy!!! My daughter’s car was stolen and recovered and I was looking for a shop to take it to for an estimate. Unfortunately, there was a huge hailstorm in Nebraska and all the shops were completely backed up for months. I decided to look online and start calling shops in alphabetical order. I finally got to JCS Automotive and explained my situation and without hesitation he said bring it in! I was in disbelief! The car was towed to his shop and we could finally start the insurance process. In his opinion it was a total loss and it was later confirmed by the insurance company. At this point I’m stressing about my daughter trying to find a used car by herself. (we live out of state over 1300 miles away) Before I can even mention my concerns Johnny offers to look at any cars she might be interested in. I was completely blown away! She took a few cars over to him to look at. (I’m not gonna lie I felt kinda cool telling the dealerships she needs to take the car to our mechanic) After some no’s on a few trucks she fell in love with but they had costly issues. She finally found something she loves, was affordable, safe and she can have for a long time. This would not have been possible without kindness and immense knowledge of Johnny from JCS Automotive. Johnny is truly a godsend and we are truly thankful for all he has done! We will definitely will be seeing him for all of our auto maintenance and repairs.

I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to JCS approximately two months ago for autobody work after I was rear ended. They were quick and very supportive throughout the process. The estimate was explained very well. You can tell they have a lot of experience in what they do. My vehicle was done by the estimated date and it looked amazing! The process was so smooth! Highly recommend.

Great overall experience! Super easy and stress free, dropped off my car for repairs and the shop took care of all communication with the insurance and rental company. I dropped off the car and had Enterprise waiting already to take me to pick up my rental. When my vehicle was repaired the shop handled the vehicle return no need for me to go return the vehicle. Highly recommend.

They have the best customer service. They were very patient with me as a new customer and answered my questions with detail. The results of my diagnostic exam was very detailed, and gave me the best price. Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Best of all, they were understanding, and flexible with me. Got my 2020 Mercedes done in a timely manner. They were very friendly and it was greatly appreciated.
