This place deserves zero stars for their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, poor communication, and very horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and your money before you come here to get scammed and ripped off by Tito & Jeffery After my car got swiped in November and the front completely ripped off I went to Jedi Auto Works because obviously I needed my car to be repaired quickly and professionally, when I got there I was greeted by Tito & Jeffery, who assured me they’d “take care of it.” They did not and I was given back a car in MUCH WORSE CONDITION I waited over a month to get my car back, and it was in such a poor state that I don’t even feel safe driving it anymore. My car makes noises I haven’t heard before, i found more broken pieces that are clearly damaged and weren’t replaced, they slapped everything back together thinking I wouldn’t notice. What pisses me off is their complete lack of accountability. When I tried to address the issues, they refused to see me in person, No one answered the door like before when I went to get it repaired. I had to communicate with them through their intercom which they said they’re talking through the phone, super weird and super shady already. And on top of that they went and overcharged my insurance company for the damage that was done to my car over $2400 for damages that were not my fault. when I tried to address it with them, they completely avoid me, no calls that go through and no chance they’ll see me in person. once they got my money, they pretend nothing happened. HIGHLY AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL SO DO NOT COME HERE!!! Super shady business, they did a poor repair job, their unprofessionalism, evasive behavior, and refusal to take responsibility make me question this business

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Jedi's . The mechanics were knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired correctly. They were honest and transparent about the repairs needed and the costs involved. The shop was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone in need of car repairs.

I recently had the opportunity to use Jedi Auto Works Collision after a minor accident left my car needing repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and walked me through the repair process. The quality of work was exceptional. My car looks as good as new! They also kept me updated on the progress and were very transparent about costs and timelines. I highly recommend Jedi Auto Body Shop!!!

I’ve only had bad experiences with auto shops but Jedi Auto was different. When I had my car accident everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the process. The receptionist is also very friendly and they keep their space clean which I personally feel like most auto shops are not well kept and clean. Whenever I had questions or needed updates, they had great communication. I am happy with their services and everyone that works there is truly amazing. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

I brought my Audi Q5 to this shop and from the very beginning my experience with them was amazing. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. Thank you for such great work on my Audi! It looks brand new!!!
