Jeff's Service

Jeff is awesome! Google said he was open on Saturdays so I called to get a tire changed out. He said he was closed but was on a wrecker call and would be back at the shop in 30 minutes. I said ok, I can come back during the week since he was closed and he said no I can help you out so I met him at the shop. Super friendly and very honest. I will be going to Jeff for all my automotive needs. Also I offered to give him a tip for helping me out on a Saturday but he refused.

I had to have my car towed out of my garage today and taken into their shop. Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience with an auto repair man. Jeff is such a kind man and walked me through what will have to happen with my car. He and his staff are a testament to the true meaning of perseverance as they are currently rebuilding their shop after a fire back in February. As a small business owner myself, I have a deep admiration for his business surviving such a tragedy. I will be taking my vehicle here whenever possible. Thank you for putting my mind at ease with such a positive experience!

Jeff went far out of his way to give me a long-distance tow on short notice and went above and beyond even that to help with the logistics of dropping off my car and getting home in ways that I have never experienced a tow truck driver doing before. It's clear that Jeff runs an outstanding, honest, high-quality repair shop. If I lived locally, I would be getting all my repair work done here. If I have an incident in their service area I will be calling Jeff's prior to calling AAA directly.
