Jeff is the Best guy in town ,very knowledgeable does excellent work right in front of you. Probably the cheapest prices in Brooklyn. took him hour to do my seat.

Absolutely joke of a business. Came here a week ago for a quote and got an appointment set but when I got there for the appointment Jeff told me to come later. No biggie. Came 10 minutes before the time he told me and he said "I was waiting for you to come earlier" WHAT!?

This guy is very very rude to customers.... I went to ask how much u want to fix this I try to show him what I want him to do, I show floor, show him some area and I try to point out some are at the roof, so he can tell me price, he just talking as if I come for help... He just walk away like what do u want, I don't have no time, those kind of discouraged bad attitude that never let customers want to give him the job. I felt so bad that how did I Google this kind of place in Google search... I wish I have everything on record so people can see how bad he was

I went to this guy for a job a few months ago, and long story short he quoted me about $60 or so.. A few months later, which is actually today I called when I had my material for him to do the work to my car. I asked again how much and he stated, for the same job, $120. So I asked why it was so much higher than his previous quote. He then caught an attitude which was highly unnecessary. I didn't ask in a attitude nor was I confrontational, it was a simple question in a simple conversation. His attitude was disrespectful as he complained "about why customers do this" and other nonsense. This is why little corner businesses will never thrive or be the best they can be. Attitudes. if he simply explained that cost went up or maybe it was a deal for the day, something to that effect maybe we could have done business if he spoke in a calm manner. But his attitude was disrespectful and uncalled for. I would never recommend him to anyone. Highly disrespectful and ill-fit to run a business.
