Great service! Cassandra (sp?) was very nice, very personable. The manager was there and was also very helpful when explaining a lil issue I had. The interior of the place was clean, very open, and had a little coffee set up if you were interested. Ended up needing more than I thought I did but I certainly wasn’t surprised by anything. Fast service, I was there for maybe an hour total. Would recommend, and will be back!

Andrew was my Service Rep. He did a Great job telling me about the tires they have available and the performance of the tires based on the patterns of the tread. The tires I chose prior to putting them on I requested to see on. I believe her name was Cassandra she showed me the tire. They were put in. Andrew explained it's up to me if an alignment is needed if I want to do it or not but to check is free. I did need an alignment and accepted that Service. Andrew was very professional and courteous so was Cassandra. Comfortable Professional and Great environment.

A flat tire is not how I wanted to start my day today. I got it towed into Jensen on N 90th, their service advisor Shane met me in the parking lot, listened to my needs, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I got a phone call and a text letting me know that my car was ready. When I came to pick it up after work it was the exact price I was quoted this morning. Their techs documented some suspension issues that they found while doing the work and no one tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn't ask for. Great, simple experience for an unexpected blowout.

Shane is a real honest and upfront man. He helped me resolved my car issue and insured my money was well spent by him and his team’s great hard work. I will highly recommend Jensen to anyone who wants a great deal & a longer life expectancy on their car needs.

had 9 AM appointment for new tires. Dropped off the car, was told ready in about 90 minutes. Returned at 11 AM car hadn't been touched.. " Sorry" was the response. took 2 more hours to replace tires. Why did I bother with an appointment ?
