Loved Hal! Great customer service and patience when we knew the exact tires we wanted. He looked in their inventory and found them in Minnesota and had them shipped within 3 days. Once I got to my appointment they had 4 new tires mounted and an alignment done and I was out the door in an hour.

Service here was nothing short of fantastic. Had a flat tire on New Years Eve morning. I called and they said they could get me in although they were closing earlier than normal due to the holiday. Ended up finding a 2nd tire with a nail in addition to the original flat, and due to that and tread differences I needed 4 new tires. I ask a lot of questions to feel good about purchases like this, and they were so helpful, knowledgable, and kind. After I picked a set, the tires were brought super quick from the warehouse and they worked fast to get them on and do an alignment. They seriously saved the day, and I'll be going there for other services from now on as well. Thank you guys!

2nd time after oil change my light stayed on, last visit I went back 3 times , they forgot to put the cap on, then said it was fixed after waiting 30 min, light still on went back next day not resolved after 3rd time gave up let the light stay on. Went in yesterday was like hey this happened last time please make sure this is resolved, pulled away light on.. went back in they came out and messed with it for a bit as I stood in cold. Usually not a complainer as I went back and told them this was an issue last time, apparently this was not a concern , will go elsewhere now

The team at the 156th and Maple location were professional, honest, and quickly inspected my vehicle’s suspension. After a thorough inspection, they found nothing wrong and communicated effectively. Where some auto repair shops may have tried to “make up” a problem for a sale, they did not. Thank you!

Fantastic service, everyone is always courteous and outgoing. I’ve never once been pushed for an upsell. On the contrary, I would sometimes recommend certain things done and they would go through and explain to me exactly how and why I don’t need the service. Fantastic People and business. I refuse to go anywhere else for the service’s of my cars. If you’re ever unsure about anything with your car’s Diagnostics from another mechanic do yourself a favor and stop by your nearest Jensen.
