I’d leave less than 1 star if I could they only want titles for vehicles before releasing any items medically necessary or not. They are withholding my mother’s MEDICAL ITEMS as we are working with a lawyers office and they were told that. My mother just had surgery and needs the items in the vehicle and they are REFUSING to allow her to get the items at all for her appointments including a handicap placard . AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I called Jevon towing to discuss a safety issue with the reckless driving of one of their tow trucks. I spoke with the owner who told me that he did not care and hung up on me by saying, and I quote, "eat it m*therf*cker." Their company puts our community in danger and it is clear that the owner is committed to maintaining the current level of recklessness. Avoid at all costs.
