I highly recommend them!! I had an emergency with my vehicle and let me tell you Cesar and his dad hands down did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was back up and running. I loved that my guy Cesar kept me updated with the process on what was being done to my car. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with other shops where they won’t call me at all I had to be the one calling them for any update and for them just to tell me that they hadn’t done anything yet! But Cesar and his dad… amazing! Very nice and wonderful customer service very straightforward, also very affordable. Thank you guys so much once again will be coming back for any other repairs in the near future! 👍

I took my 2018 Ford Taurus with bad water pump to be diagnosed and repaired here. I expressed the importance and necessity of having my vehicle back in a timely fashion. In a 2018 Taurus, the whole front end of the car needs to be removed to get to the water pump, as it's behind the cam. This is 12 to 15 hours of work, easy. JFC had my car returned to me in just over 48 hours. They made sure to show me the defective water pump and exactly where the issue was. They insisted on showing me camera footage they obtained using a borescope to confirm their diagnosis prior to removing the defective part. That is above and beyond and just isn't typical for an engine repair shop, at least not without asking. I will return to JFC for any engine repair needs moving forward.
