Service communication is poor. After getting in line a service Technician asked what service I was interested in. Stated that I was looking for an oil change. After pulling in they started their checks. Only after the popped the hood I realized they havnt talked to me about the service and was concerned about windshield washer fluid. Which I use a different product. After realizing it had already been filled I asked why they hadnt said anything. They only state that it was part of their service. I rebuttled with the last few times i was here they have talked to me. Their response is it has always been that way. And again its part of their service. Which again they have not described to me to include the price for services. I would have preferred to speak about cost and services before services are done. Knowledge of cost and services upfront should have been communicated prior. I will not be taking my cars here again.

Very very disappointed and will not EVER be back. They only gave me 2 options for oil, so I told him the cheapest one (that’s what I always get). When he told me the price at the end it was $95! When I got home and talked to my dad about it, he looked at the receipt and I told him what options for oil I was told, he realized they didn’t give me the option for conventional oil! As a young female they only gave me the options for the most expensive oils! Very dirty and will NOT be going back again! Terrible business practice!

Never go to this place. The Manager is racist. We went to get my Son's oil change, and he immediately had a snide attitude. We let him know we had a recent issue with the car starting but proved to him the episode was over. We suspected bad gas. He said we couldn't get it serviced there, even though we proved it could start several times, and if worst comes to worst, it could be pushed out of the bay. Not good enough for him. "Nope"....just "Nope". No worries, I took it to Cornhusker, and they hooked us up. Better service, better attitude. I will let all my military and civilian friends know not to go there. Thanks for your service!!!

Guys were great! Check list was simple and low price. Customer services is Good! Work mode is Quick! I came in late bit got out before time. Skip everywhere and come here.

Went there for a quick oil change and couldn't have been happier! They took my car, took them about 12 minutes to finish it up and offered a few extra services on too of that. The staff were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. The prices were great as well!
