Jiffy Lube

If you value your time, your money, or your life, don't take your business to a Jiffy Lube. They fully replaced my brakes and one side failed completely after 5 days and the other side is now failing a few months later. They replaced my brake calipers, rotors, pads, and one of the lines. The front drivers side made it 5 days before blowing out and dumping all my brake fluid on a steep mountain road. It was pretty damn scary, as you might imagine. I had to hitch a ride out to cell service and come back a week later with a buddy who is an aviation mechanic. He got it fixed alright but it's not his specialty so he said I should take it in. When I got it back to Jiffy Lube they couldn't help me because the mechanic who installed it had been fired.... They then sent me to Les Schwab to get my buddies work checked. Those guys said it looked good and they just purged the air out of the lines. Jiffy Lube paid for that but it wasn't helpful because now the front passenger side brake line is leaking. The one that was fully replaced by Jiffy Lube. All in all it was about as bad as an experience with an auto shop as you can get. I brought my car there to have them fix the slight wobble I felt when braking at high speed. Now I've spent over $1,300, wasted a crazy amount of my time, and my vehicle is in much worse shape than when I started. It's completely unsafe to drive and they won't help me out at all. *Update on 12/9/2024: the whole front left caliper needs to be replaced because the threading was messed up by the Jiffy Lube mechanic. It's going to cost me even more money to replace the new stuff that they messed up while installing it.*

The crew was very welcoming upon arrival. They were honest in their assessment of my oil letting me know I still had time before it needed changing. They also showed the air filter and recommended that it not be changed as it was still pretty clean. I will use them from now on.

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere and Z was awesome! Z was very Knowledgeable and provided recommendations of items to repair or renew with no pressure. Price of service was very reasonable. They also provided a 10% military discount as well! Highly recommended! Keeps me able to travel beautiful Montana!

I’d like to say that the service I received should not be called service. I was chatged an additional 57.7% where as I asked for a simple full synthetic oil change and my car showed up at $89.99 which is almost twice. The price of the $49.99 was supposed to be charged. The mechanics argued in front of me about another customer with some of them saying it was ethical for them to change the oil even though they didn’t have the oil filter in stock for that customer while the female mechanic stepped up and said, “no, the customer has to know”, and it’s the customers decision and they’re allowed to do it without the filter with the blessing of the customer they were dirty and greasy and stains on the leather in my vehicle, which I will need to get cleaned along with my visor, which is light fabric now has oil stains. My computer on the Honda Accord was not reset and it still showing that I am past due on service so I will have to stop by at my dealer when I get home to Pennsylvania and have them reset it. at this point I question if they even change the oil filter. I will have to get this checked. Do you think that a national chain would follow the most basic service standards in America? That was not the case and I expect to get my $39.99 refunded although I’m not sure they Even changed the oil. Please, go somewhere else. I will just be disputing this with them and the credit card company when I am home from my cross-country trip.

I brought in my 2004, Volvo XC90. For regular oil change and service. There was a team of 4 employees on staff that day, they worked very well together. The garage was clean. The waiting room was clean and the coffee was pretty good too. I'll definitely will be back again and again! Thank you, Jiffy, lube!! Shawn

I always get nervous doing anything with my car by myself because I always feel pressured by the upselling and the pushy “you need this” but not here. They were kind and didn’t over explain anything more than it needed to be to me. I didn’t feel like I bought more than I needed or paid more than I should have which is a first for me in a long time. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. They were quick, efficient, and kind!
