They apparently do not like it when you stay in the car. They made me get out of the car by saying there is a complementary vacuuming, which I was excited about. Needless to say that did not happen. This is not the first time I have been let down by the lack of vacuuming but I would rather they just say they prefer we leave our cars than to make up a complete lie. Otherwise it was fairly empty and service was quick.

Don't use this place of business! I took my Mazda RX7 in for an oil change. When I got home I noticed oil pouring out of the piece under the filter. (between the filter and the block) This turned out to be the part that sent the oil to the cooler. I took it to a reputable mechanic who found they'd broken the oil cooler fitting by over tightening. When I went to them and complained they excused it by saying "well, it was a used part",and refused to do anything about it or reimburse me in any way. How could it be anything but a used part, it was on an operating vehicle?

I went to the service center to change the engine oil, and I found the workers standing next to my car, looking at the oil. I started to feel suspicious, wondering exactly what had happened. So, I asked the worker there, and he replied, saying the issue was with a different car. Two days later, I turned on the car and felt heat coming from the engine into the car’s cabin. So, I got out to check the oil and smelled it with my hand, and I found that the oil had a smell of gas. Something strange must have happened at the center.
