My experience was terrible. The manager installed the incorrect oil filter in my vehicle and completely over filled my engine with oil, then continued argue with me that my car has a faulty sensor, when it was obviously an issue due to the wrong filter installed. He demanded that I pay more money for oil if he were to drain it and refill it. Instead of trying to accurately diagnos the issue. When I brought my car back the following due to low pressure warnig light. He insisted he would not address the issue. Thankfully one of the technicians was willing to listen to me and looked at the oil filter that was installed and it was indeed incorrect, they installed a new filter and the car was perfect after that. I commend the technician, while I admonish the manager. Leadership should be focused on actually listening to the customer, instead of standing their ground while being incorrect

I won't be going here anymore. I asked for 5 quarts, and they put in less than 4 quarts. I was talking to another customer in the waiting area about a neighbor of mine that drove home with no oil and jiffy lube bought him an engine. The customer I was talking to said, "that is why they are here, same problem... I will not be back. 👎

Down to earth, friendly staff.... Even early in the morning. We shared stories about our kids, as I explained why my car looks like a disaster. They even gave my floors a little vacuum.
