Tony is amazing. I just bought a new car and came to this location to get an inspection and Tony was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. I seriously think Toney needs his own location because he reassured me and offered the best service. I saw the other bad reviews but don’t worry, they do the best with what they have here but Tony goes above and beyond.

I have been to many Jiffy Lube’s and this one is not very good at all. The first time I went there for an oil change they told me that they were out of the oil for the oil change that I wanted but that they had the oil for a more expensive oil change. I had never been told that before. This Last time I went to change the bulb in my headlight and the Technician kept telling me that the bulb was fine. Then I drove it into the bay and He then agreed that I was out. He went to change the bulb and then said that when he touched the wire to the bulb it came back on and that I did not need a new bulb. That night the bulb was still out. So I went to a different Jiffy Lube two days later and they fixed the issue with no problems. I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I'd give them 0 stars. They didn't even change my oil, I was doing an engine flush, I clearly marked my oil filter. Went in on a saturday with some kids, playing with their hair, and no one in line. They told me to exit my truck, it's a pull in oil change place. Never not one time spend any money at this establishment ever. I called back and I was treated like a criminal. It's clear as day that that super dirty oil filter wasn't installed a day ago bro. I tried to explain to that manager if they didn't change my oil filter they didn't change my oil. This is an incredibly easy task, I was better off doing this any other place. Update 10/20/24: The store manager told me that the district manger hadn't released anything from their end to even write their wrong. Finally I get a call from someone not stating who they were offering a $30 gift card for a $130 service. WHAT'S SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND IF SERVICE WASN'T PERFORMED I SHOULD HAVE A FULL REFUND! Man tried to say it was my fault for not getting my oil changed enough? Their store manager also stated that the technician was a 15 year worker, and he'd never make a mistake, but failed to mark the oil filter and initial it. Quality work.

They have all the tools I've been asked by many people, "Why would you go to Jiffy Lube?" I always reply, "because they have all the tools." Of course I could do this work myself, but I don't own the tools, the bay, the filter, the fluids or even a convenient place to do the work. I've been coming to this location for nearly a decade. They've go through various employees and managers, but 8 out of 10 times I have no problems. The trick to having zero problems is to use the provided windows to observe the technicians while they work. If they miss something, let them know. This most recent visit, I got an inquiry as why I was taking photos, and I replied in graciously that I am a Google Local Guide, even showed the tech my profile. I watched as one of the technicians accidentally put Power Steering fluid in the Brake reservoir. So I asked and his supervisor had him flush the reservoir and put in the more brake fluid. Am I glad that I had to watch, no. Am I glad that caught the error, yes. This visit was one of those where there was a problem, but due to my diligence in monitoring, there was no final error. Over all they must be good because they are often faster and less expensive than going to a dealer.

Replaced valve cover gasket with the manager Louis here. He promised warranty and quality installation, after he done the job the smoke is still coming from the gasket. He REFUSED warranty and timely repair on my car and simply blowing me off. 1. While he was replacing my gasket, it was rainy heavily outside, my whole engine area was wet and he refused to take my car inside the working bay. Very unprofessional. 2. The engine is missing several important screws, when he disassembled my engine, he put all parts and screws around the engine bay area instead putting them on a container or pan. He can't even install my air intake back correctly, I had to point out several time before he poorly assembled it back. 3. I had oil change here too, they didn't even tight up the oil drain with correct torque causing oil leak. And one of them was getting angry with me because he said my oil filter was too hard to install. Overall, I'm taking this matter to BBB, this is a joke shop!
