Jiffy Lube

This location was my go to for oil changes for years. They have lost a loyal customer. The male worker who first greeted me was super nice and I told him I need an oil change. Thereafter I dealt with a woman worker. My hello greeting to her got no response. She asked me what kind of oil I wanted and I told her I only get the one without the blend. She told me that every time I’ve visited I was given the blend even tho I asked for full synthetic. I told her I was shocked that I wasn’t getting the oil I requested. She then informs me of needing windshield wipers and that my reverse light being out. I told her that for right now I’ll just do the full synthetic oil change. She asked if I needed to be topped off with like windshield fluid and I said yes. She informed me that it’s an additional $5 per item they put in. For washer fluid for antifreeze or whatever else. My mouth was on the floor. I told her I’ve never been charged for washer fluid. She told me that things have changed. I thanked her for tell me and asked for my car to be returned to me. I was willing to let go that I wasn’t given the oil I asked for but to pay to be topped off is absolutely crossing the line. She had an attitude when speaking to me to further turn me off. I went to valvoline in great neck and I wasn’t charged to be topped off for washer fluid. I was fully treated with a smile. I won’t ever be back to jiffy lube.

Every employee I’ve ever interacted with here has been polite and professional. Work is always done quick, never had an issue.

I went to Jiffy Lube today and did not even want to be there but TIANA made my visit so pleasurable.....a nice "good morning" and smile was just what the doctor ordered.....and she delivered....both employees were super friendly and very professional. The other employee that also assisted, was D'Angelo. I will be going back to this location again. They made my visit a very good one. Thanks again. You rock.

Horrible. 1st I agreed to the full Synthetic oil 8qts $155.00 ok let's do it I said. The guy comes with my air filter which was clean ask me if I want to change it I said no it's clean he agreed and said It is but I had to ask.RED FLAG! now I'm watching them and they didn't disappoint. Guy ask me for my push start truck keys laid them on the dash board press the starter and the truck start clicking he says oh your battery is dead. I said no it's not I had no problem until yall touched my truck.2016 Tahoe. 1 of the Mechanic go oh let me show u with my diagnostic tool which had a red light and said bad battery. Before he could do his sale pitch for a new battery I cut him off and said I'm not doing this with yall boost my battery and let me out of here. Now the guy appears like he don't know where the leads go red and black ok. I took the charger boost the truck myself truck start In less than a second with good battery voltage and 1 week later still no problem. My battery is 3yrs old. Let's not. Jiffy Lube won't see me again. Thanks

Brought my car in on a Friday morning. No line, no wait. Tiana assisted me and worked on my car. She explained every thing to me during the service on my car. She was friendly and did a great job.
