recently took my car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and was overall quite pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, even though it was a busy day. They didn’t put oil cap properly and my car was leaking oil. Went back the next day, they have to replace everything and refund me all the money. I hope my car didn’t get damage. Good job on them taking responsibility but I will not go back.

While there is another branch closer to where I live I always return to this location because I have always found them to be very efficient while also being friendly. I got there at open and was finished in about 10 or 15 minutes. Everything was explained, there was no pressure and I found the price to be fair and reasonable. I was greeted and kept informed and found the staff to be very helpful and very friendly.

Do not waste your time trying to get an inspection done here, the workers are never on the same page with each other with inspections. That or they just straight up lie to get rid of you. I called on a Sunday asking for an inspection or at least when they're next available and was told not today but they are available on Wednesday 9-1. I call on Wed beforehand and am told no inspections today and to call tomorrow beforehand. I call the next day and get an attitude because I called yesterday asking, even though I was told to call back the following day. Was told though yes, 9-1. I show up at noon and waiting outside before finally someone comes out and I ask for an inspection and was told not today, I said I was told 9-1 today this morning, worker looks down at his watch for a good while, I guess trying to make up something on the spot, and comes up with that he believes that they needed a sticker refill. If that was true why not say that right at the start?? Very incompetent and dishonest staff.

Today I took my 2018 Volvo and the entire oil change experience was great in East Meadow. Courteous and fantastic team - even took the time to help me reset the maintenance alert!
