Jiffy Lube

Not a good place for an inspection. After getting the run-around from the East Meadow location, called this one asking about an inspection while heading in it's direction. Was told it was busy and would be an hour wait and it was recommended to come and wait otherwise I could call back in a couple hours. I said okay but if I go there and wait which is fine, I'll get the inspection done, to which they said yes. I pull up only 10 minutes later and tell the worker I need an inspection and he says that the inspector just stepped out and will be gone for a FEW HOURS... Amazing timing. I told him I just got off the phone and was told it would only be about an hour. He goes back inside and they take a bit to come back out, I guess they were trying to come up with a good story, a different guy comes out who wasn't even dressed in any kind of uniform like he worked there and said when he spoke to me the line hadn't moved since then. Well how could the line move much in only 10 minutes so that didn't make much sense. Anyway he then tells me instead of 1 hour it will be 2 hours and his inspector will be there until 4:00, this was around 12:30. I go home and do call back a couple hours later like he asked and I was told that it would have to be tomorrow as each car they had to do yet would take about 40 minutes so can't be today. It just seems they will tell you just about anything to avoid having to do an inspection. I ended up going to a different and much better business altogether and they got it done fast and hassle-free, unlike this dishonest location.

The team was friendly and courteous although it was close to closing. I arrived at 5pm and store closing is at 6 pm and there were 2 cars in the bay and one waiting ahead of me. Shaion B provided service with a smile. Would definitely recommend this location!

Update to previous review-returned to Jiffy Lube Bethpage after being contacted by Management. Entire staff were wonderful and accommodating. Appreciate the quick and courteous service provided. Will return in the future and will recommend this location to others. Thank you so much Coffee and staff-you guys rock!! Went to Bethpage Jiffy Lube yesterday for inspection. Was told to come back in an hour and a half as Tech who does inspections just left for lunch (must be nice to get an hour and a half for lunch?!). Returned an hour and a half later and was told Tech called to say he wasn’t coming back. Real professional! Called this morning to make sure Tech Inspector was in before heading out. Tech who answered phone said he couldn’t give me an answer?? Is the guy invisible??? Either he is in or he is not. Was told to call back in 45 minutes for more information. Don’t even know WHAT THAT MEANS!! Going to send formal complaint to both Jiffy Lube Corporate as well as the District Manager Vic (516) 710-0835. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional with a ‘I don’t give a crap about the customer’ policy. Should be ashamed of the lack of work ethic by this Company and it’s employees!

My car told me I needed an oil change. And I chose not to go to Ford because I might have to wait too long so I took a chance and we tto Jiffy Lube. I pulled in at about 9:10 They were empty by 9:30 I was out of there on my way home. They were efficient and pleasant and I was able to get out with my day.

I love the Bethpage jiffy lube.. I come here all the time whenever something is wrong with my car and they are absolutely fantastic… Mazi is the absolute best, he truly is fantastic. I have never met anyone who cares as much as he does. The whole staff is amazing but Mazi really gives you a sense of relief when you come and he gets the job done in a timely manner and always does a great job.. I definitely recommend to everyone I know and I tell them to ask for Mazi when they come. He is the best. So grateful for him.. I trust him 100% with my car.. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Mazi for everything.
