I got an inspection done at this location. Ralston was great start to finish! I’ve been coming here for oil changes, but this was my first inspection. Quick and very reasonable prices. They were even nice enough to peel off my old registration sticker and add my new one!

I went here for a quick oil change. I was told it would take 20 minutes, I was there for over two hours. Right away, I received an upsell vibe. Now, I think I did need most of the things they were trying to sell me, but as someone not too knowledgeable about cars, I have no idea what I really needed. I agreed to a tire rotation, which I figured I could use and to filling the coolant and replacing the air filters. This already put my total cost at over $160. Then, I was told my car would not turn on and that my battery was dead. This was highly suspicious. I had turned my car on and off multiple times that day and it all seemed to be working fine. Am I really to believe the battery died right as I went to this mechanic??? Maybe it did, but I can’t help but feel like I was lied to or scammed. My car likely did need a new battery as I was due, but the way I was communicated to throughout this process was VERY sketchy and misleading. I went in expecting to lose a half hour of my day and instead I lost a whole afternoon and over $360 after a new battery. Safe to say I will NOT be returning to any Jiffy Lube again.

I came across this location while heading somewhere else. I needed an inspection. It was nice to be greeted by a young respectful young guy. It's not the spot where your grandfather hangs around to have conversation with the owner because they're getting their work done, but I appreciate the service and they saw me faster than they initially planned to, which made this 5 stars.

I saw your advertisement on television, which clearly states that customers have the option to either remain in their vehicle or wait in the designated customer waiting area during service. However, when I arrived for my appointment and requested to stay in my vehicle, I was informed that this was not permitted. This inconsistency between your advertisement and the actual service provided is both frustrating and misleading. If your television commercials claim that customers have the flexibility to remain in their cars, it is concerning that this policy was not honored. As a paying customer, I believe it should be my choice to decide whether to stay in my vehicle or wait in the designated area. The failure to deliver on this promise feels like a case of false advertising. I respectfully urge you to reassess this policy and ensure that your advertisements accurately reflect the services you provide. I had just received a oil change from Jiffy Lube, and I am informing everyone about the pleasant experience that I was given. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman came to me and asked me what I wanted, asked me to step inside and wait for somebody to come to me. Within minutes, somebody pulled me aside and told me what I was gonna get for exactly how much they said it was going to be and asked me to wait for the completion of the job. my oil change only took me about 25 minutes. Coming from somebody who works full-time I was very grateful for the speedy service that I received today. I was offered a special deal where I can have. My food stopped up at any time, will you pull up to the garage and take care of the Saint Joe and walk outside to my car. I have to say I was very impressed with the service that I received tonight and if or car services treated their customers like that then there would be the stereotype that for mechanical services I spoke about. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.
