Jiffy Lube

Jamie was very helpful and informative with my car inspection and oil change. He reviewed my cars needs in detail and explained the importance of each item required for car maintenance. The waiting area is always nice and comfortable and my services were completed in a timely manner. I will be returning for future oil changes/services. Thank you!

July 8, 2024 @1:50pm sitting in my car waiting to be seen for half an hour now. Jiffy Lube needs an express lane. I went for a top off of oil a month after my oil change and they put my car behind two already waiting for service. People coming in for longer services were done before mine. Jiffy Lube used to be quick. A place where you could get an inspection or an oil change and be out within the hour. Now, I'm sure through no fault of their own (unless the techs get paid by the hour and are milking the system) it takes more than 2 hours just to get into a bay. Now I know to expect a wait but my last stop in for an inspection yesterday had me waiting in a lobby with no a/c. I left with my car still in the lineup after an hour. So we try again today at a different location. Let's see how this visit goes.

My daughter went to get an oil change and an inspection. I was on the phone with her when the technician spoke to her about what service she wanted he tried up selling her and I said no of course we don’t want a cheap service, but I didn’t tell him to give her the most expensive service. I told him to give her just regular oil and filter change. They gave her the most expensive service that they offered, which was completely disregarding what I told them they took advantage of my daughter. I’m a veteran. I’m furious with this Jiffy Lube and from what I understand they have a history of doing that at this store. I will be there tomorrow, speaking to the manager to get reconciliation in this matter and I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again and I suggest you don’t send your kids there. Let alone go there as an adult.

I procrastinated getting my mandated state inspection and found that most places are miserly with their appointments, not surprising since they don't make money on the service which currently costs $10. Jiffy Lube on the other hand will do your inspection with no inspection needed. I showed up just before they opened and had my morning coffee sitting in my truck outside the service bay. Within 2 hours I was done and on my way. Jiffy Lube evidently thinks this is a good way to attract new customers and it worked on me; I'll be back for my oil changes in the future.

Very poor service I waited over an hour and a half for oil change and then they try to sell me other products not really needed at the time of the oil change telling me how it was going to destroy my car if I don't buy the product that's a scare tactic I believe that is illegal to me jiffy lube sucks the only thing you're good for is your automatic car wash

They were short staffed and there were a number of vehicles ahead of me to be serviced but the small crew were able to efficiently complete their maintenance tasks on each vehicle. They got mine in there much sooner than expected and before I got too comfy in the waiting room, they had the state inspection done and I was out the door. I’ll be back in 12 months to do it again.

I always appreciate the professionalism, speed, and ease of visiting of Jiffy Lube. They do a great job with oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid swaps. Last time I visited I enjoyed interacting with Amelia. She was pleasant and had a great disposition.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating, but it was almost 2 hours to get my car inspected. There was only one bay open. I went yesterday and was told it was a 2 hour wait snd to come back today at opening. I got there at 7:45 and was done at 9:40. I have never had to wait this long for service. Your staff were great though!!!!
