Typically when I get my oil changed I'm shown the dipstick before and after the change. As well as the filter. This seems to be the industry norm. This time I was not. As they were getting ready to usher me out I asked to see the dipstick. He brought it to me and it looked dirty. I asked why it was dirty if they just replaced it. I was told that it's normal because of the cleaners in the oil. Then he put it back in the car. Closed my hood and walked outside to direct me out of the bay. No follow up with my concern. Just moving me along. They also didn't reset the service alert on my dash. So either my oil wasn't changed or they were lazy and didn't drain it fully before replacing the old oil. Hesitant to return to this location.

JiffyLube in Grants Pass has the best people. They are very knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make sure that the customers needs are met. For many years, they are the only shop that is allowed to service and do repair work on my cars. I always walk away happy with the quality work they do.

The crew was great! They didn't try to bleed me of more money, they explained in detail all the things that I would EVENTUALLY need. They all became my new best friends. I will not go anywhere else

Pulled up on Christmas Eve with not much extra money but for a basic conventional oil change (even though I was aware there would be far more needed to be done). Raul was friendly, helpful and went well above and beyond to explain things that were necessary to get checked out or replaced next time or things that needed to be done ASAP for my safety. He truly provided the best experience I have ever had at Jiffy Lube and will be the reason I come back to that specific location. Thanks Raul!
