Jiffy Lube

I called in about half an hour before closing and Dan answered and assisted with no hesitation on bringing in my vehicle at once for an oil change. Once I arrived I was greeted by Kyle who was very friendly. I was done with my oil change in under 15 minutes. Outstanding quality service. I recommend this location!

Excellent service. They were to the point, efficient, and took everyone in the order in which they came. I will repeat and refer others, rather than going to the dealer. My oil service indicator could not be reset, but that is not a deal breaker.

I went to this Jiffy Lube because I heard that This one in particular site worked very quickly. This was over a month ago... so I should have done my review a lot sooner. The tall young gentleman that helped me suggested an adder for the oil change. He was either the manager or the sales person that asks what your in need of and he makes suggestions and then rings you up. I also went to Jiffy Lube for Service, an oil change and an inspection rather than going to the dealership. I was trying to save $20. In the end it cost about $25 more. It was worth it. Except that This service facility does not do inspections!!! Therefore, My plan to save time and money didn't work... But instead of getting aggravated.... I took my Dilemma and turned it into an Opportunity... I ended up with Much better service for my vehicle. Afterwards, The dealership ended up doing my inspection, in and out. Not only was it very quick, it was not an extra inconvenience like I expected - the dealership decided not to charge me for the inspection. That has never happened before! I guess I'm a good customer -that was unexpected and pretty awesome. So I actually did save money!!! CUSTOMERS *** This JIFFY LUBE DOES NOT DO INSPECTIONS !!! Although, They did a Thorough and Great job for service and an oil change . There's no doubt that they checked everything and my car has been running great ever since. During the oil change, They added a performance product (adder) so the car would run better. This is now my "go-to" oil change/service place for Now on (As well as 3 more members of my family)! THE MANAGER I AT JIFFY LUBE DEER PARK WAS KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. THE SERVICE GUYS ARE VERY NICE AND WORK VERY HARD. I WAS IN AND OUT OF THERE BEFORE I COULD GET ON MY PHONE TO DO WHAT I DO!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE 5 🤩 STARS!!! ⭐✨✨✨✨

Thank you all at this location. The entire staff was so respectful & helped me with all my needs, they were extremely honest! I went in for an oil change, it was fast & got a great price. Exactly what I paid for and didn’t try to get anything more! I definitely we only go to this location and recommend it for everybody!! Thanks again guys!!

Kyle and the team at this Jiffy Lube were so sweet and knowledgeable! Got my car desperately needing an oil change in and out in under an hour too! Great experience will definitely be coming back.
