I went to this Jiffy Lube location over others because it has better reviews. After what seemed like an uneventful oil change, I was on the highway when I heard a rattling noise. When I got to my destination, I found that an entire metal panel was loose under my car and I had been dragging it the whole time! Disappointing service since they clearly did not secure the panel properly after my oil change. I took it to another location and they bolted the panel but this should not have happened in the first place!

The service was a very negative experience from the beginning to the end. The technician name is AJ. From the moment I drove up to the time I left he was unprofessional and rude. No eye contact, no details given on what my vehicle needs or what service they will perform. When my vehicle was completed he threw my keys on the counter and said “card or cash “ ? Like I was at 7-11. He didn’t explain what services were completed even though I asked. I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for many years and so has my family. This is not the experience we have received before. I hope that the necessary steps are taken to ensure nobody else has the same experience I had today.

Excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Greeted me at my vehicle as soon as I arrived and informed me of what they did and observed. Honest, gave recommendations for maintenance to consider, but did not aggressively sell. The location was clean. Strongly recommend.

Very professional. Very quick. Very affordable. No other cars were there (9:30 AM, on a thursday), I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. They offered me 3 different services. I took the basic one, but they do offer better oil change services for reasonable prices. These men are by far the quickest and best experience I had with oil changes. Thank you guys for your quick and professional work. (The guy with the puppy)

I like going to the spot in Mountain View the staff are friendly and professional they make you feel like home they are all pretty cool. Also they work fast they don’t make you wait for long periods of time like other places.
