We've been at this location before and the service was decent. Yet this time it was absolutely horrible and will not return there. Our experience at Jiffy Lube #2042 was for an oil change. The next day our car was leaking the same oil Jiffy Lube mechanic put in. Thus, the oil spill created property damage on our driveway. I was unable to drive my car for an entire day. Plus I had to work and didn't have time to take vehicle back to Jiffy Lube. So I had to use someone else's vehicle that day. The next day, I called to speak with a supervisor. Yet the man on the phone continued to ignore my request. Then after a few minutes he then says he is the "supervisor". Poor phone etiquette and unprofessional. Later that day after calling the same Craig location, we took the vehicle to them again. The leak was "fixed" due to a new screw needed for the oil plug. Yet this was not inspected on our initial visit two days ago. A refund for the bad service was requested due to the oil leaking on our drive way and we had to return to Jiffy Lube for a repair of the service they did. Kael politely said unfortunately they cannot refund for the service. As polite as he was, there was no accountability thus his politeness held no value. Due to him saying "the car piece was faulty and these situations don't happen often". Yet, a situation did happen and as a result of one of Jiffy's mechanic negligence. Oil leaked on our driveway, staining it from Jiffy Lube's oil change service. AND we had to go out of our way to return to Jiffy to get the service corrected. Pictures show the oil leak and of my hand after touching the oil on the ground. Corporate has been contacted regarding bad service and still nothing resolved. Hopefully Jiffy Lube refunds our money in full.

90$ for an oil change they didn't even tighten my oil filter. Should have just done it myself. My driveway is fkd lost oil and oil all under the 4runner. Don't use this place.

Jiffy Lube @ W.Craig/Decatur (Kael) was absolutely amazing. The service and genuine caring is rare to find these days and I will definitely be returning and telling everyone to go to this Jiffy Lube if possible but I'm sure the other Jiffys are good too. It's good to know that I can stop in and have fluids and everything checked anytime I need.
