Jiffy Lube

Didn’t notice but check your invoice, jiffy lube is ripping people off here. They offer oil and filter change, but if they don’t have oil filter on hand they charge you for it from outside source. It can cost you 2 to 3x what they pay, if they don’t have filter they need to give you option to not take there service. Looked at my one from hwy 18 and I was charged 23.99 for oil filter. So coupons don’t exactly work when they run out of there filters they out source and charge you. And quietly sneak it in on invoice will not go there again and I will be contacting the BBB.

Love this place. They always let me check online for a discount, and it’s never been easier or faster to change my oil. They’ll even let you bring your own oil and filter if you want and only charge for labor.

Went to do both Uber/Lyft vehicle inspection. Was quick and convenient. Service was great. Employees friendly. Definitely be back for other services.

Went in Friday for an oil change. Was greeted right away with no waiting. Everyone who worked on my car was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back !

Don't take your vehicle here! Dishonest inspection, cost estimate and service. Be aware of the revised estimate where they add services you don't need and double the price, while leaving major issues unrepaired so you come back and spend more money.

Jiffy lube has good customer service, this team was honest, and had my truck in ready to service right away. They gave me an option to stay in my truck in the meantime they checked the oil and topped it off with what it needed. Great job! Very satisfied, definitely going back

I will never go back- *Please Read* Our Company uses Enterprise Fleet service for oil changes and some maintenance, with JiffyLube as a provider that’s local to techs with company vehicles. I recently went for an oil change and waited 90 minutes, unbeknownst to me they were trying to get authorization for service over 125$(under this amount just gets an invoice faxed to Enterprise Fleet, no waiting!) tire rotation and wiper blades, anything to jack up the bill. The worst part is I told the csr that I really didn’t need the over priced air filter( if he would have said the cost, I would have never waited to be strong armed) especially if it was going to put me over 125$. I didn’t get any estimates like they usually do, they just brought out everything at the end and had me sign…and they didn’t even reset the “change oil soon” warning. I’ll never go to another jiffy lube for anything, ever - not personal vehicles or any company vehicles-shameful on trying to people or local businesses

Went in for oil change.Tech said front break pad and rotors need replaced on 1-7-2025 paid $500. Had to return for caliper hardware rubbing up against rotor a week later. Now a month after have to return again for same issue. Manager blamed driving habits as cause, wasn't making noise prior to going to Jiffy Lube. Not confident on the workmanship. So a reply was written by Manager but no resolution to the $500 spent to drive around with squeaking breaks? Better Business bureau will be notified.
