This my second time at Jiffy Lube the staff was excellent very knowledgeable, efficient and explaining what needed to be replaced showing my filter that needed to be replaced. Willing to go that extra mile to take care of my auto. The did an outstanding job. Thanks and God Bless.

Called them this morning. Blake answered. I asked do you all change 0-2 sensors I told him the code started to tell him make year model of my car. He said mam bring it in we will see. So being as I was interrupted I addressed info he cut me off and hatefully said I told you bring it in I can't say bring it in. So I told him I'm sick and tired of people and businesses talking to me like you just did so you lost my business my WORD of mouth will be do not go to jiffy lube unless you wanna be talked to like a dog. Hung up the phone. So folks think about it. Obviously rudeness is their business Blake proved that. He needs to learn customer service and yes manners!!!!!!!!!!

Jiffy lube refused me service because my 2013 Prius (generation 3) "didn't have a drive belt." They refused to put their name on my car's oil change even though I have been using jiffy lube for 3 years and have their sticker in my window. I understand these people are not trained mechanics but c'mon man, do your research! Generation 3 Priuses don't have serpentine belts!

These guys dont know what theyre doing. I would barely trust them to do an oil change now. Way overcharged and did a terrible job when I had to bring my car back and completely misdiagnosed what was happening with the car. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE
