Jiffy Lube Multicare

I’ve been to Jiffy Lube multiple times for various services—changing light bulbs, oil changes, tire rotations, and air filter replacements—and every single visit has been great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciate most is how patient they are in explaining everything I need. They take the time to ensure I understand the services they’re providing, which makes me feel confident about the work being done on my car. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured into getting services I didn’t need. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and maintaining trust. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! Tim and his team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The work on my vehicle was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate their dedication to quality and will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

Great service! The employee of the month helped me out in and out. Big smile… all comfortable in the presence of my truck. The crew did everything by the book. Checked out my truck from all aspect (ie tire pressure, cleaned windows and added my oil… lubed it up real good. They also covered my leather seats with a plastic covering. Loved it . Good job. Excellent service, friendly people, fast service. I was very satisfied with my last visit. My car needed an oil change. The manager I believe help me out. He greeted me with a smile ask what my needs were. He didn't try to push to buy any extras that I didn't need like other shops do.

So, I was NOT going to write this review at first but here goes. 1. I took my vehicle into this location for an oil change, during the oil change was told I have a transmission leak (even printed on the paperwork I wish I could find) I proceeded to go on a trip return and the my vehicle to a mechanic to address the "transmission leak". There was no transmission leak. There WAS however transmission fluid in my COOLANT! I presume when topping off fluids they assumed it was the transmission fluid but it was the actual coolant. Thankfully no damage was done and mechanic drained and flushed system. 2. Before this review I was going to call and just make them aware of the conversation I couldn't tell you who I spoke with as he didn't state his name but during the conversation on his end it went silent. Then disconnected. Okay gave it a few minutes and called back there is an AI computer you have to bypass to get a live person, when the person answers they immediately hang up the phone. I've worked at quite a few different types of employers and 8/10 there is caller ID. So I can only assume they saw my number and were like oh shoot. But I wasn't calling to ask for money back I wasn't telling and screaming or irrate. I simply said hey this is the situation I'm just calling to make you aware of the situation so it doesn't happen again. But nope. Here is the review, I wish I could put 0 stars drivers beware. **side note** I did have an oil leak that was resolved!
