Jiffy Lube Multicare

I have stopped by this Jiffy Lube multiple times on Sundays after church to get my oil changed when it's necessary. Today was an exceptional experience I had a minimum of 4 different technicians come to me for multiple different reasons. In the process I had an air filter that needed to be changed out and unfortunately one of the pieces broke. The technicians came and apologized and they ordered the part replaced it and I was on my way well within a very short period of time. Not only do they work efficiently everybody was very pleasant and I will continue to patronize this Jiffy Lube. Well done to you all especially when faced with a potential problem. You all did great!

They started out wonderfully but something happened and it was not a great experience. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade installation. I asked them to check brakes too. It was supposed to be $170 ish dollars. They came out and said it was all done and would be 140 and cheerfully told me they had vacuumed my front floorboards. I said wow and thanks. I asked if they did the tires and the girl was confused, left, came back and said two tires were worn and could not be rotated and offered to price me some new tires. I told her no thanks and that these tires were barely a year old, have some wear, but I don’t want to replace them right now. Then I asked her if the wiper blade was replaced, and she was confused , left, came back and said no. I assume the manager was nearby and said he would just do it free of charge. I thanked him and he did that. I paid about $140 for the oil change and got in my car, the floor boards had not been vacuumed and I am not even sure that actually did an oil change. They didn’t reset my oil reminder. I don’t know about the brakes. I have to go somewhere else to rotate my tires. I don’t even understand why I was charged about 90 dollars for labor. Bought lesson, I suppose. I try to be kind and respectful to others. I won’t be back there for anything. I should’ve changed my own oil myself, like last time. I think they had a shift change during my visit and that’s why the things I needed done were missed. I know they are human but it was not worth the money at all.

The lady taking my car and asking me questions seemed like it was her first day. I have no idea if the right oil even made it in my car. She asked a few of the others for help and was denied. I was in a hurry so I asked her not to inspect air filters and do all the other stuff but they did it all anyways. Then when I got on the freeway a rubber gasket flew out from under my hood. I pulled over and found my hood was still up allowing wind to tear out a hood gasket. It took me a good 15 minutes on the side of the freeway to get the gasket back in. So frustrating! I still need to call and complain I just haven’t had the time yet.

Holy Jeebus, this place is fleecing you. Headed in to treat myself to an oil change without having to jack up my car on a rainy day. Figured it'd be about 70 dollars or so...wishful thinking. Got quoted $133 for a basic oil change and nothing else. Bad jiffy lube, no. That's evil. Don't be evil. I knew better, but needed to be reminded, I guess. Go next door, it's $50 and the mechanics are trained.

The only thing I liked is that you don't need an appointment,and that they are fast, but other than that,the company tries to rip you off in any way !! I went for an oil change and I wanted my tires rotated and the guy in there said that " he couldn't do it because my tires were not new??!!! My tires are perfectly fine , I told him that that wasn't their problem, their job was just rotating the tires and suggested for me to replace the tire that is supposed to be to used? Well they went ahead and showed me a new tire and history short" they try to sale you all kinds of things!!
