I’ve gone to this Jiffy lube for years and always have a great experience. They’re quick and will let me know when I need to take care of something with my car. I just got my tires replaced there and it was super reasonably priced and fast. Killed two birds with one stone! There is a younger employee who helped me this weekend, I can’t remember his name but he was super on top of it and very friendly and professional.

Customer service is always great, but their top off service is not as quick and easy as it used to be. They have a new policy that you have to check in and instead of taking 5 minutes it can take an hour to get a top off for oil. Everyone that works there is efficient and nice. I just wish they would go back to the quick check oil and top off that they have had for 20 years.

I’m 50 and been going to oil changers like this Jiffy lube my whole life. I’ve never paid more, it never took so long, over an hour, Then they tried to sell me tires, I came to change my oil, if I was concerned about my tires, I’d go to a tire shop.. Then they said they wouldn’t put air in the tires because they had low tread. First and last time I come to this location.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid. Took 30 minutes to get me checked in, was told my 10 year old Honda civic needed “specialty transmission fluid” or else my car “wouldn’t run as well”. Was given a quote for $400. Shortly after, I was told there was an up charge on the specialty transmission fluid, and then the price went up to $600!! Being a woman, I know when I’m being taken advantage of in automotive shops, so I said I’d pass. When the manager (I assume) asked what happened the associate yelled out “she said she didn’t want to pay that much”. NO, I just don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. I then went to a local place in Morro bay, and paid 1/3rd of the price I was quoted here and didn’t need the “specialty transmission fluid”. If you’re a woman, AVOID THIS PLACE or be prepared to be up charged and taken advantage of.
