I've had a great experience with the service and parts departments here so far and plan to come back. Matt and Kyle went out of their way to help me on a customer-pay repair and saved me money. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I also saw the sales guys speaking kindly to a mentally ill man who came onto the floor trying (poorly) to get a car from them without paying - class acts all around.

I needed a very specific commercial truck. I needed it asap and didn’t have time to order one. I searched all over the us with no luck until I talked to the people at Jim Charlon Ford. The owner worked with me thinking outside the box. Rachelle also went above and beyond helping me get some things completed! I bought the truck without seeing it in person. All the paperwork was done over the internet. The truck was transported for me to pick it up. I love the truck and wouldn’t have it if it wasn’t for the people at Jim Charlon!

ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were stuck in a bad situation when our old camper van broke down in Death Valley. It happened on a Saturday and we called EVERYONE in town and Bob from Ford answered, even though they aren’t really open that day. He told us where we could safely have the van dropped off in a public parking lot near the Ford and told us it would be okay to keep sleeping in our van while we wait for repairs. He was so kind and told us about the town and local places to eat. He checked in with us often and offered to help us in many ways while we were stranded. Matt from the service side was compassionate and did everything in his power to get our old van back on the road. We ended up having a broken transmission. He and Roger worked tirelessly as our van presented more and more issues. Ridgecrest only had so many resources to fix our transmission but they did everything they could. They got our van to the point where we could drive to the next big town, where unfortunately we did need a transmission rebuild. When they heard about that, they HAND DELIVERED the old transmission to us! We are so so grateful for everything they did for us. We will remember Ridgecrest forever!! (By the way, Krispy Donuts and Juniors Taco’s are the best thing ever, if you happen to get stranded here.)

Matt is top notch! Definitely my favorite employee at the dealership. Matt is very personable and professional and just makes the world a better place.

Matt and Nick helped me out in a bind, getting my keyed lug nuts off. My lug nut key got worn down and didn't work anymore, so they helped bring their tool kit to remove the wheels with no damage at my location. Super friendly and professional.
