Jimmy's Automotive is the real deal. There's a reason they have been in business for 40 years. We have been having our car serviced here since moving to Asheville 3 years ago. We have always been impressed by their quality of work and communication. Recently, after a major service, I was disappointed when I encountered a significant issue. I brought my concerns to the owner, Jimmy, and he listened attentively, remained professional, and showed a genuine commitment to making things right. How a business handles being confronted about their mistakes speaks volumes about its integrity, and Jimmy truly exemplified this. He took full accountability and made it right. His honesty and dedication to maintaining high standards of work stood out to me. I would strongly recommend Jimmy's Automotive and will continue to use their services in the future.

Jimmy’s has been my go-to “garage” for all my car’s needs for several years. I moved here four years ago and have tried the dealers, Asheville and Johnson City, but Jimmy’s is the one I am committed to now. They have always done what was needed and pointed out what may be needed in the future. I trust their work and like the service team, especially Michael, always pleasant and takes the time to explain details about the work. A real plus is I can get a loaner while they work on my car…another reason for me like them!

The absolute best vehicle service we have ever experienced! The staff exceeded our expectations in all capacities. They are reliable, responsive, quick, thorough and the communication was unmatched. Micheal, Bryan and TJ were outstanding! I will reemphasize, so incredibly professional!

My daughter and her husband have been using Jimmy for many daily repairs ( oil change , brakes , etc ) and have been very pleased . Because of this trust they had Jimmy's perform a very costly major transmission repair with the believe that they would do a great job and stand by their work ! However after picking it up and driving it a little they realized that there was still an issue . At that time they said it would still need very costly additional work . With that in mind my daughter spoke directly to management ( Jimmy ) and shared her problem & issues. Jimmy listened patiently and took the car to explore the entire situation. He assessed the issue, took accountability for their missteps and made it right. My daughter had picked Jimmys to do the work because she felt confident they can be trusted and would stand by their work. Jimmy 's WELL DONE !
