So I'm honestly not sure if I ended up at JJs or Carlos auto repair. I think its JJs but they look the same in pictures? Anyways, where ever I was, you will find super honest and helpful Chapo. My check engine light came on while driving on a very hot day from Tehachipi to Palm Springs. I googled the closest mechanic and JJs popped up. (Just not sure which one I actually walk into) Chapo helped me out right away. My catalytic converter is going bad and he could have had me in Lancester over night waiting on an expensive repair by telling me it had to be done right then or I wouldnt make it across the desert (because of the part. He has an extremely fair shop rate) but he was honest and told me I could be on my way and get the repair done when I got home. He wouldnt even let me give him any cash to buy him an after work drink as a thank you. Very grateful I walked into an honest mechanic. If I am ever in Lancester again needing auto care in the future, this is where I am going. Thank you Chapo!

I moved here about 3 years ago and was looking for a reliable mechanic. JJ was the the first we had contacted and he prices were fair. Then we tried someone else since I needed my car to be fix quickly and he was super busy that day so we tried someone else. That' someone else was good but then they tried to scam us. I went back to JJ. Their prices were the best.

Sometimes it takes them longer then they say to fix it but it is well worth the wait... The work is always on point and accurate... Angel will work with you if your having difficulty with the cost of the repairs... I will always take my vehicles to these guys I will not let another shop touch my vehicles...

These guys are inedible. I had a charging issue with my RV, Alternator was not charging. I replaced the alternator and still having the issue. I call the shop and they said bring it over and we will look at it. RV was in the bay in less than 10 minutes and they found a bad wire to the alternator voltage regulator within about 5 mins. We were back on the road in about an hour time-frame total and bill was shockingly low. I would recommend them to anyone in the area to get you back on the road. Thanks again guys
