I had such a great experience at JMP Autowerkz! Scheduling my appointment was super easy, and they were able to fit me in for a same-day oil change on my 2018 Audi Q5. While working on the car, they did an additional inspection and found that my coolant reservoir was leaking—something the previous shop completely missed. That shop had replaced the hose but failed to catch the bigger issue with the reservoir. The team at JMP was on top of it, though. They ordered the part that same afternoon and had it repaired the very next morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they got everything done. Ismael was great—he pointed out a few other things to keep an eye on and mentioned they could be handled at my next oil change. I really appreciated his honesty and advice. I’ll definitely be coming back to JMP for any maintenance or repairs on my Audi. They were thorough, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them!

JMP Autowerkz resolved my GL450 alignment issues. Everything is straightened out. All the wheels seem to be pointing in the right direction now. I drove it to SF Bay Area and back to LA the next day and it felt like the GL450 was gliding and kept accelerating with ease. #salamatjmp

Great experience with JMP. They diagnosed an issue with my 2017 Tundra and determined it was the alternator. They had it fixed and running like new the next day. Great communication and fair rates. I'll be heading back to JMP if the need arises.

I had a great experience with Paulo and team at JMP, for my VW Golf R clutch replacement, and other general maintenance/repairs. Paulo researched good options for my upgraded clutch, and offered me very fair pricing for the labor. The project was completed very timely, and my car never sat idle for days waiting for parts etc. They have my business 100% for all of my future repairs and service. Highly recommend!
