Joce’s Batteries & Tires

Purchased 2 tires on a Friday then went home for my weekend off where my car didn't move all weekend. When I went to go to work at 6A Monday morning I noticed I had a low tire warning so I left early from work to have my tire checked. Once I get there the lady at the front desk tells me that it will be $15 for a patch I explained that I just purchased the tires from her less than 72 hours ago. She then stated that she doesn't know how I drive and that if I drove correctly I wouldn't have needed the repair. I was pissed and let her know that her know that her extra comments weren't needed and that if I needed to pay I would but I'd be damn if I allow this location to fix a my tire since obviously something went wrong the first time. I understand how hard this job can be that's why I had tipped $20 the first time I came but after experiencing the worse Customer service from the office I will never go back. Currently at Ron's replacing the 2 tire I purchased from this establishment.

Went and got a used tire put on and they didnt tighten the lug nuts tight by the next day the tire was soo loose it almost fell off.

I go here 100% of the time for my batteries and tires. Tire man is excellent. I always tip him $5 as he deserves it.

Went in at 8am this morning for 4 tires and there was only 1 guy who appeared to be working. He got my car done quick and at a good deal. Thanks! Will b back again next time;) From your local delivery driver

Great Family run business Batteries and tires , is what they have Awesome prices this is my go to spot when I need a car battery or tires new and used .Very respectful people
