Over a year ago, when others, including local chevy dealers, would not work on it because of its age, Jody took a look at my 1998 Chevy Astro's anti lock brake problem and fixed it. Since then I've taken both our vehicles back several times for routine maintenance and will continue to do so. Outstanding service, competitive prices, satisfactory results every time. Katie does an exceptional job keeping the office (and probably everything else) straight and Jody and the techs know their stuff.

I don't normally do this, but I spent $1700 for repairs on my 2014 Honda Pilot. They replaced CV Axle, Brake Rotors, Calipers and Pads. Took it back a week or so ago, Left front wheel making a scraping, bumping noise, Mechanic said he lubricated the Caliper, noise stopped. I took it back this morning, Right wheel making the same noise, only louder! The Mechanic said they were at the mercy of the Auto Parts Dealer for parts, might be a bad part!They said I would have to leave it, I asked why they could not take the Wheel off and see what was the problem? No deal, I Left!! I cannot recommend this shop!

Our van broke down in the middle of mountainous road on our way home from vacation. Thanks to a Good Samaritan, we got a ride to a rental car place but we ended up leaving the van there since it was late and we needed to go home that night. As an out-of-towner, I wasn't familiar with towing and repair shops there, so I called a local dealer first but I was told that they didn't have any opening for two weeks. After doing some research online, I found Jody's with good reviews. I must confess that I was hesitant at first because it was a bit out of way from populated area, but I am so glad that I called them. The receptionist was super friendly and the van was picked up within a few hours despite the fact that it was 30 miles away. They replaced brakes in very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. All the workers were very nice and professional. I truly appreciate their service and courtesy. If you need a reliable towing/repair service in this area, Jody's is a great place to call.

As a woman I know that I have to be very careful where I take my vehicles. I have been searching for a full service mechanic that I could trust for some time. Jody's was recommended to me by another woman and I am so thankful I found them! Jody, Katie and the rest of the staff are friendly, respectful, professional and honest. They do not try to pressure you into repairs you do not need and they are fully honest about the repairs you do need. My Toyota Sienna was repaired quickly, competently, and at a reasonable price. I am so thankful that I found Jody's and they are now our rescue's official mechanic!

Katie was very polite and empathetic to my situation. I was able to pay for the tow over the phone and it was brought directly to my front door the next morning. Would highly recommend! Update on 02/08/21: I used Jody's Automotive and Towing again and have to take a moment to brag on Jody. I blew a tire going down the road yesterday morning (Sunday) and he was more than willing to help me out. He towed my car to my driveway and even assisted me with swapping it out for the spare. You can't ask for better customer service!
