Jody came out within a few hours of my call and replaced one of my awning supports. He was fast, professional, and the work was good quality. It was great to have his service when other mobile RV services wouldn't return my call. Call Jody first!

We called Jodys RV when our AC unit went out. He came the next day to fix it and told us to go but the unit and he would install it. My husband went and bought the $850 unit and Jody said he would file the claim, we would receive a check and then we could send him a $125 check for service. I called two weeks after service and he forgot to file the claim. Called two weeks after that and he had received the check instead of us and would have his wife cut a check the next day. Called two weeks later and he had another excuse. Two weeks later he was sending me a money order that mysteriously got lost. Then he decided to agree to send me payments in December, but still haven’t received that! This has been going on for 7 months.

We scheduled Jody to help us with our new RVs. He showed up once and seemed knowledgeable just talking to him. Two other appointments we scheduled with him, he was a no call no show, putting us in a real bind. If you want someone that can communicate and be reliable, Jody is not your guy. Edit in response: In order to have miscommunication, you have to have communication. Jody is not communicating or responding to texts and won't accept voicemail. RIDICULOUS!

Jody is a lifesaver! We had electrical problems on our coach as we pulled in to Paducah. He was busy, but worked with us on the phone and diagnosed the problem! He resolved our problem within 30 minutes. We highly recommend Jody. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable!
