I'm not typically one to make Google reviews. I usually take the higher road but today was my first and last appointment with Joe & Jerry's. This may not bother some people but it did me. 2024 Altima for flat tire. Valve stem cap not replaced, dirt all in floor board and on the inside of the door. Irritating that they didn't care anymore about a brand new clean car than that. Didn't bother cleaning up after themselves or not using their dirty foot to kick the door open. Won't be going back. Not that it matters to them since it didn't in the first place. Ridiculous.

Haven't been in awhile, this rating is off my father's business there. He did show the receipts though and he wouldn't lie he'd be straight up and he said not only the cheapest place for the work he had done, ( Tires, brakes, headlights) so 4 stars because everything is working fine after .

I've bought tires from Joe and Jerry's many times over the years. They have good, fast, friendly service at competitive prices. It's a great, locally owned business that's been a supportive member of the community for several decades. Buy locally!

I had been a customer for years and purchased many sets of tires. Took my truck over due to no cool air coming from the ac. They "filled" it up with freon. Took it back because it still was not blowing cool air, they "replaced the compressor". Here we are $895 dollars later and still no ac. A guy I work said he knew exactly what it was and it would not cost me but a few dollars. It is sad when someone who is not a licensed mechanic can diagnose and fix your vehicle without breaking the bank and a licensed mechanic and this place who I used to trust just took me for a ride. They have lost a customer and even more people that I know will not be using Joe & Jerry's anymore.
