Joe Pirrone Transmissions

I had an issue where my gears would not move due to the Car wash neglect. I spoke to Jay and Devon yesterday and they asked if the car could be towed tomorrow (which) is today. I followed the tow truck there with my car and I promise my car was up and running less than 30 mins. These guys are honest and are reasonable with prices. I would highly recommend them and they were professional at all time.

Just had a new transmission put in my Lexus and these guys work fast and well! After the transmission came in I dropped the car off on a Friday and she was ready the following Monday, very good communication and knowledge. And their price is very reasonable, I definitely recommend these guys for any transmission work (especially if you have a Nissan😂)

I had the 17 Silverado with that death shudder and seen so many scary stories on google so I was scared to pull the trigger, but these guys at Joes know what they are doing. They treated me very well and my truck drives and shifts so well, I drove the truck a week before doing this review as I wanted to put out a honest review, I put some miles on my truck and the trans doesn’t skip a beat and I have driving a few trucks with a new trans that either shift to hard or to sloppy. You can count on this group of guys to make your transmission feel like it’s a brand new car, price was good and they have been around for years so I felt good using them as they are no fly by night shop. Thanks again Jay.

I had my transmission lines done here back in April. Joe was very kind and accommodating, and gave me his recommendation on what needed to get done. I had no issues with it and did what was recommended. I had then noticed a leak over the course of these last few weeks, and it was transmission fluid. After I took it in to a local mechanic near me for a look, he looked at the work and said the work that was done was done well, however the seals used looked too old and torn to have been replaced in April. The seals came out in pieces, which made the leak make sense. After replacing, it is fine now. However good the work done was, this small careless patch caused me a significant amount of headache, frustration, and money replacing seals and fluid that could have been completely avoided had a little more attention been taken earlier. Otherwise I would have given a better review.

The drive shaft was broke in half on my Grand Cherokee. Devin took the time to educate me on all the "behind the scenes" stuff. Was very informative and professional. They ordered the part, installed it, took care of all the warranty paperwork, AND negotiated a better price - picked it up the next day - Rides better than when I bought it... Highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs
