Joe's Alignment alwaus.comes through for my needs. And they are honest and will not try to make you pay for anything more than what your problem is. Thry walk me through everything they needed to do and gave me the option to think about it and not jist do it 💯 I would recommend JA for good efficient time appropriate work. They are some of the best receptionists and mechanics in town.

Did my Ram 4-link conversion installation. But since, we've gone back and forth on alignment, but ultimately there was and remains a steering issue. After the FOURTH visit steering problems remain, not to mention the terrible tire rub from shortening the 4-link arms. Pedro knows exactly what I'm talking about. They're great for simple repairs but ultimately didn't do what I asked. They are aware of the issue and spent NO time outside routine, text book time and repairs. And in fact, gave me excuses why they couldn't mitigate the alignment issues I addressed. Not sure if this is an expertise issue or a lack of desire to spend time on anything outside those text book routine repairs. I say this after having used them on multiple occasions. Blythe. I'm disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

Great Service, used them 6 times now, fair honest pricing, always completed as promised. Staff is always polite. My Son has used them excellant service, had my car in today belt change out great crew. Still the best in town. Great local business, highly recommend. Recently used there service for radiators reservoir replace.

Great people to do business with. I think we all need to get away from the dealer service shops ... They are there to rob you. All the dealers ending up buying the town, whose money do you think they are doing that with??? I am going back to the Mom & Pop shops and Joe's has exceeded my expectations. They are very knowledgable ... prices are reasonable what more can you ask for.

The only place I would take my car for repairs. They are honest, tell you what is going on with your car and by all appearances are honest and I trust them wholeheartedly. The girls in the office are friendly and treat you well. Can't say enough good about this shop.

I came out from Quartzsite,Arizona to have Joe's alignment fix my class c rv which had a slow pull to the right and finally I got it fixed. Honest shop showed me the part I need to complete my alignment. I'm very happy with the service and really did not spend that much money. I mentioned this business to other people looking for a honest reasonable automotive shop. Thank you

Fixed my alignment after it was done wrong at a different shop . Excellent customer service showed me every step of what was wrong and how they would fix it . Gave me print out of before and after my alignment!
